London Spirit won just one Men's Competition match in 2021, and finished bottom of the table. This year, however, has been a complete turnaround. Five wins has seen them through to the Eliminator.

Jordan Thompson's move from Northern Superchargers has proven to be a big success. His 14 wickets is a joint-high for the competition in 2022. 

Two spin bowlers have been excellent for Spirit too. Mason Crane has ten wickets and Liam Dawson eight, with Dawson drying up the runs and Crane looking to turn the ball big to bamboozle batters. 

It's with the ball that Spirit have dominated. No batter has reached 200 so far in the competition but they have proven destructive when necessary. Adam Rossington tops the Spirit run charts and showed his power when hitting the fastest-ever 50 in The Hundred, taking just 15 balls!

Spirit face Manchester Originals in the Eliminator on Friday 2 September for a place in the final, on their home ground, the following day.
