Brave win to end Invincibles' hopes of reaching knockouts
Brave moved two points clear at the top of The Hundred table with a thrilling seven-wicket victory over Invincibles
Southern Brave consolidated top spot with a thrilling win over Oval Invincibles at the Ageas Bowl.
The hosts were in trouble at 59-3, but Georgia Adams (50 not out off 32 balls) and Freya Kemp (41 off 21) put on 73 for the third wicket to help them home with four balls to spare.
Suzie Bates top-scored for the Invincibles with 55, but their total of 130-6 was never enough on a good batting surface.
The win means that Brave are now in pole position to qualify for the knockout stages, while Invincibles' hopes of defending their title are over.
