THE HUNDRED CHRISTMAS COMPETITION
Terms and Conditions
- The promoter of this series of promotional competitions (each, a “Competition”) is England and Wales Cricket Board Limited, a company registered in England (company no. 03251364) with its registered office address at Lords Ground, St Johns Wood, London, NW8 8QZ (“ECB”).
- Each Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the ECB or any English First-Class County Cricket Club, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of each Competition.

- Entries to each Competition must be received by the ECB by no later than 9:59am on the relevant Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
- To enter each Competition, entrants (“Entrants”) must provide an answer to the relevant entry mechanic set out below via a web-form on The Hundred official website (“Entry(ies)”):

‘Spot The Difference’ – Entrants must identify the number of differences between two specific images. |
- The ECB will not accept responsibility for any competition entries that are lost, delayed in transit, regardless of cause, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
- The ECB will not accept competition Entries that:
- are automatically generated by computer;
- are completed by third parties or in bulk;
- include foul, abusive or offensive language or content;
- do not conform with the provisions of conditions 2 to 8 (inclusive) of these terms and conditions.
- On each Closing Date ("Draw Date"), the ECB shall, by random draw of Entrants who answer the relevant Entry Mechanic correctly, select one such Entrant to be the winner of each Competition (the “Winner”), save where a Closing Date falls on a weekend in which case the relevant Winner will be selected on the first business day thereafter.
- Each Winner will receive the following prize in relation to the relevant Competition (the “Prize”):

- All requests made by Winners in respect of any specific details of any Prize (including particular match tickets selected and particular player videos requested) shall be subject strictly to availability and the ECB’s decision will be final in this regard.
- Each Winner will be contacted via the details provided by them upon Entry and must provide any necessary details to claim the relevant Prize (including all such details specified as being required in condition 10 above). If a Winner does not respond to the ECB within 5 days of being notified by the ECB, then the relevant Prize will be forfeited and the ECB will be entitled to select an alternative Winner in accordance with the process described above.
- Each Prize will be (i) posted to the relevant Winner promptly after the relevant Draw Date to the address provided by such Winner to the ECB in accordance with condition 12 above or (ii) where a Prize consists of match tickets, issued to the relevant Winner via The Hundred app reasonably in advance of the relevant match and each winner must download and sign up for such app in order to use the relevant match tickets.
- No Prize may be resold all Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternative is offered in respect of any Prize.
- The decision of the ECB regarding any aspect of any of the Competitions is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to it.
- By entering a Competition, each entrant agrees that, in the event of them being drawn as the Winner of that Competition, the ECB shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their names (and/or social media handles) on the ECB’s websites and social media.
- By entering a Competition, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of winning such Competition, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the ECB using the contact details at the end of these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the ECB may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s Entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where the ECB is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes. To request disclosure of the relevant Winner’s details, enquirers must submit a request to content@ecb.co.uk within one (1) month following the relevant Closing Date. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the relevant Prize has been awarded.
- Participants in each Competition are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The ECB reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The ECB reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend any of the Competitions where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the ECB, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a Winner taking up a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the ECB, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Personal data supplied during the course of each Competition will only be processed as set out in the ECB's privacy policy which can be found here. See also condition 16 with regard to the announcement of the Winner.
- Each Competition will be governed by English law and Entrants to any of the Competitions submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
