A Northern Superchargers Women win would send them through to the Eliminator. Birmingham Phoenix would be all but assured of it if they won. Abtaha Maqsood was ready to go.

Superchargers lost Jemimah Rodrigues early.

It looked a crucial moment when Gwen Davies dropped her.
But a few balls later, Eve Jones made no mistake.
Phoenix won by 14 runs, and they loved it.
In the Men's Competition match, Phoenix needed to win to secure an automatic spot in the Final. Superchargers were already eliminated.

A quickfire 34 from Chris Lynn, who batted beautifully.
But Tom Kohler-Cadmore stole the show with the bat, scoring 71 from 44.
Phoenix hit back with the ball, Liam Livingstone taking three wickets and Benny Howell with two.
Adam Milne took two wickets in the final ten balls and was impossible to hit. Superchargers set 143.
Livingstone started brilliantly.
Big appeal... but no dice for Mujeeb Ur Rahman.
The fastest 50 in The Hundred belongs to Livingstone. It came from just 20 balls.
These two. Wow. Finn Allen took a backseat but still hit a wonderful 42 from 26 balls.
But Livingstone was the hero. 92 from 40 balls. 10 sixes. A huge, gigantic hit to win the match.
Yeah, definitely worthy of this celebration.
